Our specialized practice also handles designing of workplace codes, HR policies and disciplinary rules as well as compliance with internal regulatory procedures across various sectors.

In labour disputes, we first try to reduce chances of escalation and, in the unfortunate event of escalation, we assist employers as well as employees in disciplinary proceedings and resolution of disputes.
