Our Senior Partner, Dr Saif Mahmood is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of India, an international lawyer and strategy advisor, and a legal scholar who has cultivated a wealth of expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks. Holding a doctorate in Law with specialisation in comparative legal systems and a prestigious United Nations Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he frequently appears before courts and international and domestic arbitral tribunals.
Saif has successfully handled a wide variety of legal issues, rendering cutting-edge legal advice to clients for the quickest possible solutions. His expertise includes Corporate and Commercial disputes, International Commercial Contracts, Aviation, Infrastructure, Real Estate & Property, Media & Entertainment, Constitutional and Public Law, and litigation involving complex issues of interpretation of statutes, contracts and civil laws. – subjects on which he has handled a wide variety of cases, advised major clients and spoken at numerous conferences and seminars.
