Vivek leads the firm’s Community Legal Access Programme (CMI-CLAP) with a profound commitment to legal advocacy. He has dedicated a major part of his career to supporting prisoners and other individuals who lack access to affordable legal representation.

Vivek holds a Master’s degree in Law and has been practicing since 2008. Additionally, he has earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Constitutional Law and a Diploma in Parliamentary Institutions and Procedures from the Institute of Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Studies, New Delhi. He has also completed Professional Development Training in the Administration of Justice for Public Security, offered by the IBA Chair on Continuing Legal Education at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training, Trivandrum, and National Law University, Jodhpur.

With extensive experience in criminal law, both as a prosecutor and defence lawyer, Vivek is an expert in court procedures, real estate due diligence, matrimonial law, labor disputes, and legal documentation related to property transactions.
